Red Pac Choi microgreens have a mild, slightly peppery flavor. At MCM, we harvest Pac Choi after its first true leaves start to appear since the deep purple and green leaves with red veins are both tasty and visually stunning. Pac Choi is a key component of our Celebration Salad. It also makes a great addition to curries, noodle dishes, soups, and salads.

One package will top 5-6 salads or sandwiches or garnish 10-12 dishes.
