Pea Shoots (Snow Pea) have the distinct slightly sweet flavor of peas. We harvest the top 2-3 inches of the pea plants so that you can enjoy the most tender portion of the plant without the woody stems. Pea shoots are a key component of MCM’s Signature, Spicy, Garden and Sampler Salads. They are also delightful as a garnish, sauteed with garlic and butter, or as part of your favorite stir fry.

Medium ($8) will make 2-3 sides; large ($12) will make 3-5 sides.
